How long will it take to receive the gift I've selected once I have placed an order?
We normally ship within 24 hours of receiving your order. Our packages are shipped via FedEx based on your selection. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Your package will be delivered within the general time frame of the FedEx service that you selected.
Is it possible for my gift to be shipped overnight?
Yes, we can usually get your gift to its destination the following day if you select our FedEx Overnight service.
Can I ship a gift to another country?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
Are the gifts returnable?
At Yellow Threads it's important to us that your gift is received with as much love as it was selected with. If damaged merchandise was received or you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us immediately via phone or email (see Contact Us). We will inform you of how to return the merchandise for a refund of the purchase price. We apologize, but we can't reimburse you for the original or return shipping charges.
All returns must be made within seven days of receiving the product. In order to accept your return, the product must be unopened and in saleable condition as most of our merchandise is handmade or one-of-a kind. There are no refunds for personal care products that have been opened or used. Any item purchased at a sale price is not returnable. If we accidently made a mistake in processing your order, we will fully refund your product and shipping fees (assuming you adhere to the rest of the conditions listed above).
